Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

Before paying, read the product description, these terms and the linked policies. A purchase accepts the order terms; visiting the website alone does not place an order. General acceptance of terms is not separate consent to losing a withdrawal right.

2. Definitions

• Macro — a digital script file designed to automate mouse actions through official vendor software;
• Order — a transaction processed by Digiseller or Oplata.info that grants the customer a licence to use the macro.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital-content consent in your country, to purchase products. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Licence grant

After payment confirmation, TopMacro grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for the term and number of devices stated in the product description or order. Resale, distribution, sharing or public posting of the product, in whole or in part, is prohibited.

5. Delivery and updates

The product description and order state the licence type, term, device limit and when access starts. A subscription provides access for the paid term; check its expiry date in your account. A perpetual file or software licence applies only where explicitly advertised and does not grant a perpetual subscription to other products.

A TopMacro ID subscription is prepaid with a key for the selected term. Renewal requires buying and activating a new key; these keys do not trigger automatic charges.

Updates and re-downloads follow the conditions of the particular product; access to subscription features depends on its term. A perpetual licence alone does not promise compatibility with every future game version. Product-specific update commitments and mandatory buyer rights remain in force.

Delivery

6. Payments

Payment uses the methods available at checkout. The currency, final total, fees and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. TopMacro does not store payment card details.

7. Refunds

Once a digital product has been received or downloaded, no refund is provided, subject to the exceptions below. Under the offer, a refund is considered only if the product is non-functional and the Seller confirms this after internal testing. Incompatibility with the Buyer's system, lack of skills or misunderstanding the product's functionality do not, by themselves, constitute grounds for a refund. Where EU rules apply, the withdrawal period is generally 14 days. For paid digital content, loss of this right requires performance to begin with the buyer's prior express consent, acknowledgement of losing the right, and contract confirmation recording both on a durable medium. Downloading or general acceptance of terms does not replace these requirements. Digital services have separate rules: starting a subscription does not itself end the right to withdraw. Rights relating to defects remain.

8. Product use

Use the products in accordance with their descriptions, system requirements and the instructions published by TopMacro.

9. Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile or modify a macro beyond the provided configuration options;
• sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise redistribute a macro;
• use the website or products for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual property

All website content, including logos, text, graphics and code, belongs to TopMacro or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. No rights are transferred except those expressly stated in these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Products are provided “as is” without express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopMacro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the products or website, even if advised that such damages are possible.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TopMacro and its representatives harmless from claims, damages or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the products.

14. Changes to the Terms

An order is governed by the product description and terms shown at purchase. Changes are dated and apply to subsequent orders; they do not retrospectively reduce acquired rights or promised updates. Mandatory law takes precedence.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

Ukrainian law applies to the contract, subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable to the buyer. Contact the operator to resolve a dispute; this does not remove the right to approach a competent court or authority under applicable law.
