1. Digital delivery only

These rules cover TopMacro digital products: macro files, software and access keys. Physical MAKCU kits are ordered on the external marketplace linked in the listing. Their seller, contents, shipping and returns are governed by the listing, order, marketplace rules and applicable law; restrictions for digital files do not apply to the physical kit.

2. Email confirmation

A delivery confirmation is automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout. If the message is missing, check the spam folder or contact our support team.

3. Delivery timeframe

Average delivery time is 30 seconds to 2 minutes after the payment gateway marks the transaction as paid. During rare gateway delays, such as additional fraud checks, delivery may take up to 15 minutes.

4. Failed or delayed delivery

If a paid product has not arrived within 15 minutes, contact support with the order ID. There is no 48-hour cut-off for contacting us; it does not limit the right to receive the paid product or a refund provided by law.

  1. Locate the order ID shown on the payment page and sent by Digiseller or Oplata.info.
  2. Email topmacros@gmail.com or message @topmacro with the order ID.
  3. We will manually verify the payment and resend the files at no extra cost within 24 hours, usually much faster.

5. Wrong email address

If you entered an incorrect or inaccessible email address at checkout, contact us with proof of payment, including the transaction ID and a screenshot. We will update the email and resend the delivery message.

6. Updates and re-downloads

The product description and order state the licence type, term, device limit and when access starts. A subscription provides access for the paid term; check its expiry date in your account. A perpetual file or software licence applies only where explicitly advertised and does not grant a perpetual subscription to other products.

A TopMacro ID subscription is prepaid with a key for the selected term. Renewal requires buying and activating a new key; these keys do not trigger automatic charges.

Updates and re-downloads follow the conditions of the particular product; access to subscription features depends on its term. A perpetual licence alone does not promise compatibility with every future game version. Product-specific update commitments and mandatory buyer rights remain in force.
