Refund Policy

1. Digital goods are non-returnable

All TopMacro products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned. We therefore do not provide unconditional refunds after a download link has been generated.

2. Exceptional cases

We will consider a full or partial refund if any of the following applies:

• Non-functioning product — the macro does not work as described and our support team cannot fix the problem within 3 business days;
• Duplicate purchase — the same item was accidentally purchased twice under the same account or email;
• Fraudulent transaction — payment was made without the authorised cardholder’s consent;
• No download — the file was never accessed or downloaded. EU consumers should also read section 6.

3. How to request a refund

1. Email topmacros@gmail.com or open a ticket through Digiseller.
2. Provide the order ID, proof of payment and a short description of the issue.
3. We will investigate and reply within 24 hours on working days.

4. Resolution process

We first diagnose the issue and attempt to resolve it, for example with an updated file or a remote support session. If the issue cannot be fixed, a refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

5. Partial refunds for bundles

If a bundle contains several macros and only one item is defective, we may replace that item or offer a partial refund instead of refunding the entire bundle.

6. EU right of withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83, consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase only if the download has not started. By starting the download, you expressly waive that right. If the download has not started, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.

7. Chargebacks

Contact us before opening a chargeback. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of access to updates and future services.
